"I was a State Farm customer 15ish years ago. Then I moved to an area of the country that SF did not insure in. So, I was with the other guys for a long time. The other guy came back after an annual policy review at about 2x what I had been paying. No accidents, no speeding tickets, no homeowner's claims...thought it might be a sign of the times. However, I chose to shop around, and Googled "Insurance near me"....State Farm came up at about a mile from my house and I called them. Regan answered the phone, and I honestly explained why I called (competitive quote, bundling home and auto, etc.). The quote came back better that what I had been paying with the other guy (and that was brokered insurance). And to make it a bit better, I chose a lower deductible, glass-windshield coverage, and rental car coverage. I've been with State Farm for a month or so now. Obviously I was price shopping, and that worked. But what made me chose this agency was the customer service from the first call. I hope this review helps the next guy/gal with their choice."
